David Jenkins
David Jenkins is head of external research University College Birmingham, where he also teaches postgraduate research methods.
An academic background in finance and economics has led to research interests in international economics and international political economy, where he has published material on globalisation and economic organisation issues over the last four years. Current interests focus on the development on capitalism within the European Union, and developing hospitality and tourism students’ understanding of the importance of the theoretical underpinning of these issues for their studies.
