Crispin Farbrother
Prior to entering education as a lecturer in 1993 Crispin worked as a Catering Manager and then as a Deputy Hotel Services Manager within the West Midlands’ NHS. He also gained experience within hotels and the family pub. Crispin now has the pleasure of leading the successful hospitality management programme within the School of Tourism, Bournemouth University. His teaching subjects include Hospitality Operations Management, Management of Hospitality Resources and Professionalism and Leadership at both post graduate and undergraduate level.
